I've been a customer of Ionblade for about 18 months. I am blown away by the high level of customer service and stability of the platform. I thought my last provider was great but these guys are the BEST! I've had multiple issues that were on my side they have helped me fix. There have been a few with coordinating platforms and they not only told me the issues but they fixed the problems. As an entrepreneur anytime you find a great team member making the tech side easy versus getting lost in the mess, you grab on and pass the good new to others! I stumbled onto IonBlade several months ago and after one or two conversations with Dan Soliz, I decided to move several of my domains and hosting service to IonBlade. Dan has a unique way of explaining the services they offer in a very simple way, without being condescending. Just what I needed! Fast forward to a couple days ago when I discovered an issue with all 3 of my websites. I called Dan in a panic. He immediately went to work on resolving the (somewhat major) issue, along with the help of his admin, Tom, and in a couple of hours all was resolved. Whatever issue I have had, Dan takes ownership of the problem and works diligently to resolve. I cannot recommend Dan and his team at IonBlade enough!

I moved over to Ionblade’s hosting services a couple years ago, and they have been amazing. My account manager, Alex, has always been easily reachable and I haven’t experienced any downtime for my website. The rates are reasonable and I the level of support is better than I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to refer my friends/family to Ionblade for any of their website needs. Thanks Alex!
